Disappointing. The estimated delivery slot was not made. Instead we got a call to say it will be nearer 5pm with no call or message from them prior to this. On delivery of the furniture there was a two man team but the handling of the boxes was to be desired. The boxes were dragged off the back of the truck directly onto the floor, and then manhandled to the front door by one person.
On entering our house they bashed the boxes on our porch and hallway walls which had just been decorated. I can only assume that they were at the end of their day and running behind.

TERRIBLE RETURNS PROCEDURE....
I ordered some products over 4 weeks ago, when they arrived the items were not what I ordered as they sent the totally wrong items out. I contact them and started the returns procedure. We are now 3 more weeks down the line and I still have not received my refund despite contacting them to inform them that the return tracking status has not changed since 7th September. I was told that I have to wait 10 working days which I have done but as yet still no refund and no reply. I now feel I have no choice but to refer this to my bank.
I most certainly will not be using this site again or recommending it to any of my friends and I will be leaving negative reviews on social media sites as it just is not acceptable.

FRAUDSTERS!!!! DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS
Placed an order from what we thought was a reliable store only to have them take the money out of our account £170.00 and receive an email to say order is on it's way with a tracking number. To date (4 weeks) no goods received and no refund given as requested. The contact number cuts you off after a few rings and you never get a reply from the online contact form or any messages you send. We have raised a dispute with our bank who are now investigating it as a bogus / fraudulent company.
