NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
ADVISED BY JL EMAIL PRODUCT ORDERED WOULD BE DELIVERED 3/12/25 BETWEEN 8AM AND 8PM BY DPD GIVEN TRACKING NUMBER THAT WAS USELESS.NO PARECEL DELIVERY NO CONTACT FROM JOHN LEWIS OR DPD .SPOKE TO JOHN LEWIS ON THE 4TH DEC AT 8.12 AM AFTER A CONVERSATION WAS TOLD A MANAGER WOULD RING BACK WITHIN 1 HOUR NO CALL BACK NOT THE TYPE OF RESPONCE THE ON HOLD INFORMATION INFERS ON THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE INFORMATION .I RANK BACK AFTER 2 HOURS AGAIN TO RECIVE THE SAME TYPE OF EXCUSE AS GIVEN ON THE FIRST CALL JOHN LEWIS DO NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
