Excellent local business who know how to look after their customers. Ruben was able to send out an engineer next day to fix my boiler and i was back up and running in less than 24 hours. Crisis averted!! Highly recommend.

I wouldnt recommend this service at all.
Firstly, I take TRT and i ordered the total testosterone test to check my levels and added the free testosterone marker to my order.
The results came back, but because my result was higher than the top range they work in, they could only give me a ceiling level and my actual figure could of been anything above that level, which is not accurate at all and pointless when you need accuracy when doing a test like this.
Secondly, the lab was unable to provide my result for free testosterone as i was higher than their normal range.
I asked for a refund for the additional marker, free testosterone i paid for, and was declined with a long winded excuse about how they didn't charge me for this and it was a calculation only.
As far as product offerings go, there are MUCH better companies in the market than this. On the positive side, delivery and the return of the results was quick.
Also, their app is really glitchy, impossible to use on a desktop, you can scroll or navigate properly.

So there it is in response to your comment, my point proven, your service does not compare to other brands who can give specific readings instead of "your result is out of the range". I normally use Synlab to do my checks and this is never an issue, they are able to give me detailed figures with proper test results. What is the point in offering a service if it can't handle out of range test results? And you do charge for the free testosterone marker as i paid £15 for it, added it to my basket, paid for it and then you wouldnt refund me when you couldnt provide the most IMPORTANT reading that is needed for male hormone replacement therapy!!! I have never experienced this when using other hormone test providers before. bizarre.

Our Testosterone (total) has a measurable range of up to 52 nmol/L. We do not measure above this as the clinical guidance for readings above this is to suggest reducing the dose. Readings above this limit are not necessary as it would not change the clinical review of the analysis. Where readings are above this level, this prevents the Free Testosterone calculation from being completed. As correctly informed to you, we do not charge for this calculation and so is not something that we provide gestures for goodwill for as it's free anyway.
We're sorry to see that you were not happy with the service, but we focus on safety and science-backed testing to ensure we provide the most appropriate clinical insight into results. Whilst it is possible for laboratories to measure above this level, clinical guidance should remain that Testosterone levels above our measurable range may not be the best long term and that customers should take this into consideration.
With regards to any app glitches, whilst we have completed extensive testing, we always take customer feedback seriously and will flag this with our engineering team. We have not had feedback of any widespread issues.
