Paid for admission on door ( 5 of us ) enquired before leaving how much annual pass would be - they even deducted that days money from the membership 😳
I was surprised and I have happy kids ! So if you haven't been I would go at least once to give it a try and trust me you won't be disappointed at all ... well done knockhatch 👍 we will be back where the fun goes on and on and on and on ( as your song goes )

Fridge freezer broke the date came for repair - didn't have part so re arranged a week after 🤬 two items replaced - 3 weeks down line fridge freezer broke ( same signs as first breakdown ) repairer came and said it was another part error 😳 I have been with this company for years and engineer left today I phoned domestic and general who put me through to another department ( hotpoint ) hotpoint say it has to have three mechanical faults in a year before replacement so in less than a month I have thrown away a couple of hundred pounds of meat food etc and told a engineer will come Friday .. hotpoint say 8 days - there seems lack of communication but quick on taking your money... is having insurance and good worth purchasing from these people ? If you are NEW and thinking about the company my honest opinion is #AVOID ! I would NOT recomend at all

I never signed up - no online sites have my card details - how is this possible ? Scam but how 🤬

Partner had 3 unauthorised transactions taken from bank yesterday she blocked her card ( out of hours to contact bank ) phoned bank this morning explaining the fraud has to wait for new card etc.. this afternoon the bank has let more false transactions out of the account that is suppossed to be blocked 😡 try phoning them you ar3 on hold &or what seems like an eternity ...

Very friendly - fast - efficient - easy to understand communication was straight forward and helpful and insurance was done within minutes - happy customer

Table 21 22/10/2024 12:30 (ish) ordered sizzling steak & full monty ... full monty steak was wrapped in something strands ( like the hairs pulled from a plug hole ) tangled ! I brought to the attention and showed a member of staff and was offered a silly pudding in return 😡. I have used this to eat many times in the past and never had a issue until today. Would I recommend to family & friends ?... not after todays find. It was utter disgusting to say the least !

Only just joined through looking for placing reviews about a certain company, this place is good to check on places and check feed back before getting a bad experience. Good way to let people know other peoples experiences

Received a letter this week (then a email) saying i owe well over £1000 for a water bill at a address i left about 7/8 years ago - this is the third company that the debt has been passed to ! Because last company i told anymore communications or threats - we can go court and i will seek compensation for stress alarm and harassment while there with my friend’s barrister - now these muppets are trying for that same none existant fee of what was never owed ! Silly billys.. can not owe if not living at a address really can we 🥴 #southernwater #false #claimed #debt by the way

Good honest teamwork ! Been following Nitrous Competitions for sometime now had a few goes on the competitions and not won a sausage - but thats the game in it ? You win some you lose some ! Got to be in it to try win it at the end of the day ✅ good atmosphere - good teamwork - good communications - most of all genuine people who too like to have a laugh with the followers .. keep up the good work ✅
