They make a great product and great CS

They make a great product, and when I accidentally thought I had lost the package their CS team was very quick in replying and giving me concrete steps to follow for a solution. Highly approve.

Poor Product and Horrible Customer Service

I purchased the Miraco with the understanding they had a firm "No Hassle" return policy within the first 14 days in which you have it. This was critical because I had never used it in person.

Ultimately I decided it did not perform in a way that was useful, at all, and then went to return it after 4 days, a task which turned into several week's long back and forth over emails. I was finally able to get confirmation I would be refunded if I returned it and still after over a week has passed since they received it I have still not received a refund AND I have to go through another barrage of emails to get that moving forward. Overall I have spent more than a month just trying to return the Miraco and it had been a very aggravating process.

Terrible company to work with and a really ineffective product for taking 3d scans.

First batch was a complete dud, nothing to show for it. Sporeworks was able to send me another sample so I will see if this one is any better.

Michel, Is it possible you may have us confused with another supplier or product vendor? Our company, sporeworks.com, supplies mushroom spores and cultures and our customer service is VERY easy to contact by phone and email, we're available at 802-444-0111 Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm EST and Sat-Sun from 10-6pm. Wish I could give less than 1 star

This is the 4th time (out of 4 deliveries!) On Trac has either left my package at the wrong address or at the bottom of the stairs in my apartment building for anyone to take. Last week I had a package that was not only left at the wrong address, but the product inside was smashed (and it had been very well packaged by the manufacturer).

No Communication at all

I ordered a custom built ti gravel bike on their website, they promptly took my money and that is all I've heard from them for over two weeks. There is no update on the build nor does it even show I have it ordered on their website. I have several times tried to message them, just to get an update, with no reply at all. I have since contacted my credit card company to cancel the payment. I hate to think this place is a scam, but I don't have any reason not to at the moment.

Cheap product and poor customer service.

Purchased a set of slotted brake rotors for my Ford E-250 hoping the design would help dissipate heat better on punishing mountain roads. Literally warped on the first drive during the break-in process and never recovered.

These rotors must be made of absolutely the cheapest metal to fail so quickly. I ended up putting the old rotors back on just to make sure it was the rotors causing severe shuddering and steering wheel shaking, which it was (OEM rotors on this 10yo, 180,000 mile Ford work better than these new ones out of the box), then I went to AutoZone and bought a set of mid-level Duralast rotors and now everything works perfect.

I chatted with customer service who informed me even though these were obviously seriously faulty rotors they would not refund my money, only send new junk ones, and that would only happen once I had a letter from a mechanic stating the rotors are faulty. I understand how warranties work, but given these failed literally immediately, I feel I should be refunded my money, especially since I have no interest in installing another pair of these rotors just to go through the whole issue all over again in a couple weeks.

Biggest waste of $380.

Terrible product, terrible customer service. Don't waste your money like I did.

Michel, Thank you for leaving this review and so sorry to hear about your experience! Very slim chance of experiencing same issue if you exercised your warranty option and allowed us sending you replacement but at the end we respect your decision. Unfortunately under the warranty provision, once the products are used we can't take them back but certainly qualify for replacement. Once again sorry about your experience. Thank you.
