There's no way to chat online so I've been sat on the phone for upwards of 40 mins wasting my morning after plusnet informed me that they were hiking up my prices by £4 per month with no ways out of it without paying more than £80.

Meanwhile on their front page they're claiming there’s no price rise in 2026 and offering customers a better price than I was paying originally.

Stay away from this company, their internet is average at best and customer service is completely non-existent, all they're interested in is fleecing existing customers.

Forces you to sign up then hits you with a paywall for basic features like exporting without a huge watermark.

My mum's persimmon house is absolutely horrendous to live in and cost her upwards of 250k. After a few years everything is falling apart. The place might as well be made of cardboard, absolutely no noise cancelling between rooms, or any wall thickness at all for that matter. Not to mention the design of the house itself looks like something a child would draw, and the back garden feels like a boxed off prison yard. The people that throw these houses up are crooks, and they are destroying British landscape. I'd rather live in an actual box than ever give my money to this vile company.

The prices are theft. Buying my Cintiq 16 was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. It had dead pixels out of the box (I later learned this is a common manufacturing error that they hadn't cared to fix) and it deteriorated from there. I sent it for repairs because they wouldn't offer a refund or replacement, and I had to constantly chase customer service who were incredibly ignorant, unsympathetic and impossible to get hold of most of the time, with a lot of my emails being ignored and all of my calls going straight to answer phone. It took 5 months of stressing and chasing before I got my tablet back and I was offered absolutely no compensation. Even with the repaired tablet my experience is completely frustrating and underwhelming, the software is constantly breaking halfway through use and I'm terrified of something going faulty again. I will never EVER buy from wacom again.

Still waiting for the cards I ordered to arrive. Next day tracked wasn't an option but the delivery time still said next day so I trusted it. It didn't arrive and I couldn't give my father in law a birthday card. With no option for a refund I'm now worried I'm going to miss my dad's birthday too. What's the point in paying for an expensive card if you can't rely on the delivery?
