Great experience to get my broadband changed from Vodafone to Three

I’ve had repeated issues with Royal Mail, particularly when timely delivery is crucial. Despite leaving clear delivery instructions online, I’m often told that no one was available—when I was very much at home. Other delivery companies manage just fine, but Royal Mail continues to fall short. I genuinely dread ordering from retailers who use them, as I can almost guarantee the item will arrive late. Disappointing and unreliable.

Great customer service! I had an issue with a leaked product, and Flawless Body responded quickly and professionally. Even though they didn’t have to, they sent me a replacement as a goodwill gesture. Really appreciate the fast response and excellent service—highly recommend!

It really needs updating. They need more gym equipment and people need to start putting their weights back after using them. Why is there so much cardio equipment when it’s rarely used and such little weight training equipment ?
