Car is back and fixed now
The insurance company were helpful and the site was easy to navigate once we got used to it. But there was no feed back from the company completing the repair. I did not find him that pleasant to book the car in with, he was dismissive of my worry about my car. Also, on the day of collecting my car it was making a strange noise which, not connecting it to the bumper we took the car back to Kia. It turned out to be the filter screws being loose which Kia said probably happened with the removal of the bumper for repair. Another drive for us and time out to fix, fortunately no extra charge!
