Could not fault a single thing on how Harry dealt with us, absolutely amazing service

I cannot remember for the life of my the lovely ladies name that dealt with my phonecall but all I know is that she is new to the company but she made me feel listened to and heard what my complaint was.
She then explained to me the issues and what's happened in the most perfect way imaginable and came out with a great outcome.
To the l lady I say thank you for dealing with the complaint you really went out of your way to help someone like myself in such financial struggle I thank you again a thousand times over! You need a raise!
Update: The ladies name is Shona.
