My husband has been trying to access his pension pot for many months with one issue after another including A4 letters being placed in envelopes when the address is not visible. We are just about to take legal advice now. Suggest you look elsewhere as we keep being told "It's because its so old" ...yes that'll be because its a pension.

delivered to wrong address and help team couldnt care a less . Just shifting the sorting out onto sender and/or recipient.

I have been a customer for many years however the delivery times (just getting the product leaving the French warehouse takes almost a week) are getting to be unacceptable. Shame as their products are great but delivery is just hopeless
