Terrible Customer Service system
An item didn't arrive and the system to complain is terrible. You have to send an email with all your personal details and have no idea when it might get through or if they will ever email you back.

Charles and the team were so helpful with my repair even though it was out of warranty. When they couldn't get a replacement screen they found me a whole new and even more modern machine for the same price as a repair. Many thanks. Can't recommend them highly enough.
