Poor Tracking Services

Edit: Customer Service has since gotten back to me to confirm delivery and so has the receiver company, but I'll leave my initial review below as this whole misunderstanding was due to their website tracking providing incorrect info and locking me out.

Needed to send back a £250 carpet cleaner for repairs and their people came to collect it, but it's been marked on their system as not being collected. They never reached out to me to notify me of this despite having my email. Checking the collection number just told me to rebook even though I don't have the package because they took it. Checking the tracking number somehow got me blocked from the UPS website. All I can see when I try to get on their website now is a plaintext white page with Access Denied.

To send their support service an email you have to make an account with for some reason, which requires you agree to their T&C contract, which says it forfeits your rights and releases UPS from any liability.

Called customer service about a carpet…

Called customer service about a carpet cleaner that broke in under a year, was in the process of handing over details with a support worker and when I asked if I would be able to get refund they immediately hung up. I have a 6 year warranty they refuse to fulfill, incredibly unprofessional.

I can see that from your order number you ordered from Amazon rather than us at BISSELL direct. With this in mind you would need to speak directly to Amazon to request a refund as they are a different retailer to us.

I have searched our systems and I cant see any correspondence between our team and yourself, but I can assure you that we do not hang up on our calls as we are here to help and assist with the correct information, but I can only apologise if this occurred with another department.

Under the warranty you are eligible for a repair, or replacement, but you would need to contact the manufacturer to action this.

Ignoring my request for return and refund

First all they are selling powdered energy drinks product with unsafe amounts of lead warnings on it, which in this modern era feels VERY disgusting and scummy not to disclose that at the online store front before somebody purchases the product. Lead is literally poison. Additionally I also paid quite a lot just to receive a very tiny container that has had it's serving sizes artificially blown up by making the serving size also tiny, I thought I was going to be getting a lot more product but was deceived yet again. When I reached out to request a refund they were quick to get back, but once I confirmed I still wanted a refund they have been completely silent.

Hey! Sad to hear your experience did not live up to expectations.

I believe you are referring to GFUEL regarding the lead statement. I would suggest to read their statement regarding it on their website. Basically it is to comply with Californias very strict laws, where they have to disclose the possibility of even very low traces of it.

Certain products/brands have smaller serving sizes and instead more servings, which we disclose in the information segment on the product pages.

I would advise you to reach out to the support again if you have not received the help you require.

Do not trust this company

Awful company, AVOID at all costs. They will sell you a used phone in "excellent" condition, that will actually die within a year. Even worse is that they do it for barely any lower than a new device from other places. They will refuse any warranty you had and blame you for "accidental damage", without citing what is wrong with the device. They will not send you your phone back without you having to ask for it back. If you believe they are wrong as I did, you will have to play the waiting game with support while they dance over the same points taking several days to get back to you, it's useless.

The phone's battery has gone completely dead, no charging. And they kept blaming it on accidental damage, even though no "accident" was responsible for this. The phone was working normally and being used as it should, and died whilst on charge.

EDIT (8/12/22) : It's been a week and I still have not received my phone back, no tracking numbers or further correspondence. Despite the company telling me they would return in within 24 hours. I'm not 100% convinced I will ever receive it back, and they will do the bare minimum to repair and sell it on to some other chump. If this is not blatant negligence on their part, then it is literal theft. This is a expensive £500 phone that could be repaired, and instead I face the possibility I may never get it back from these people.

Edit 2 (20/12/22): Finally received my phone back after way longer than it should have ever taken, and the back has not been re-attached properly. It's detached from the base, and pushing it back on does nothing. I lack the tools, means and know-how to properly re-attach the back, so this is impossible for me. This is god awful workmanship on their part. The worst part about this, is that the obvious shoddy tampering, might effect my other warranty with my insurance company. This company stole my phone for a month, refused to do what they are obligated to do and lied to me, haven't even bother to put my phone back together, and now may have ruined my chances of getting it replaced cheaply elsewhere.

I’m sorry to learn that your experience was not positive.

When an item is returned to us we check each device, we connect it to our specialist testing software where all components are checked to ensure they are working as expected. After this test is complete, all devices are tested by hand and assessed cosmetically. Unfortunately, this item has failed the cosmetic checks due to the accidental damage found on your device.

As stated in our terms and conditions, if there is any form of accidental damage this will void the warranty.

After orders are dispatched from our warehouse, delays can happen for reasons beyond our control, so it is frustrating to hear of delays from our customers after we have dispatched the item on time. Nevertheless, we understand this has not been convenient for you and we are terribly sorry.

We understand the frustration caused by this and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience
