Whilst our fitting video shows the elasticated side panels and the tension clips we do note in the product details on each product:

"TOW PRO SIDE DESIGN UPDATE
We are always looking to improve our Tow Pro's performance & after working through different option we have now removed the stretch side section completely with the aid of 3D patterning. We still get the perfect fit but no longer need the stretch the sides offered, so this can be removed completely. On all new models from 2021 will be using this new method on all our covers."

With the new design the tension clips are no longer necessary. I also believe you called our office regrading this and the above was explained.
