Great prizes, fab fun lives, good fun

First time my eleven year old cat has been in a cattery, I can honestly say i couldn't have made a better choice, I was obviously worried about leaving him as he's always been with family when we're away but he was so chilled and relaxed when we went to collect him, the staff go above and beyond, sending me pictures of Alfie which was so lovely. I highly recommend this awesome place, Alfie will be a regular from now on as I'm completely happy to leave him in such caring good hands!!! Disgusting customer service!! I ordered a dress that wasn't fit for purpose so tried to return, first I was offered a 10% refund, I wanted to send back and get full refund, then they offered a 30% refund and me keep the the dress, I wanted to return and get refunded but still hasn't happened and it's been going on since before Christmas, they don't respond to my emails anymore, IV given up on getting it resolved but won't use this company in the future!!!!!! Wouldn't recommend the company at all !!!!! If I'd a choice I'd not have given 1 star but you don't get the choice!!!

Benjie was absolutely brilliant, made everything easy, explained everything we needed to know, but above all let us take a look around after saying hello, didn't follow us around the store! Was so helpful when we had looked round and made our choice, fab service and a little banter thrown in, all in all a really nice experience!
