I am after Bilateral Mastopexy with…

I am after Bilateral Mastopexy with auto augmentation with Galaflex support mesh + correction of abdomen ears ( after Tummy tuck done elsewhere long ago).My surgeon Dr Foiz addressed all my concerns and expectations , was very informative and caring as well as realistic about possible outcomes in terms of what we can achieve with my body using presented methods , reassured me that he will put his best effort to achieve my desired outcome. The entire staff in the operating room was very polite , professional and positive which helped with my stress before operation. The results so far are exactly what I expected and today one week post op I was seen on time by very polite and informative nurse Tess who took care of me and answered all my questions. I’m yet to have final appointment with Dr Foiz and see final results but so far everything is up to high standards, the prices are fair and the care is of the highest level. So far great positive experience and highly recommended

An amazing and exceptional service

An amazing service! My NEOM mini pod stopped working shortly after warranty but I haven’t been left hanging. Lovely ladies from customer service requested some details and asked me to send back faulty pod for further testing. Meanwhile I have received replacement. I love my NEOM pods and I’m very pleased that I can still enjoy my pod mini. Thank you so much. Exceptional customer service.

My parcel from abroad has been lost no updates

I am expecting parcel from abroad . From 22/12 the tracking status hasn’t changed and there is information that the parcel is delayed. I have called customer service and have been informed that the parcel is delayed and they cannot tell me anything more as they trying to investigate what has happened. I have been promised an update yet no one has contacted me so far . The sender has contacted company of the country of the origin and have been informed that parcel has been lost and that they are looking for it. It’s simple for me if the parcel has been scanned at the depot when it arrived they need to have info which driver took it for further processing. Start looking there. How disappointing, my kids wait for Christmas presents from before Christmas.
