Petri was an absolute match with skills…

Petri was an absolute match with skills that cannot be matched with anyone else. He arrived at the exactly the right time. Located and resolved the problem. I would recommend him to anyone. There was a slight problem with the billing system in the end and I logged a dispute because an amount was charged double. This was probably caused by a system error.

Don’t waste your money with this company

We purchased a cruise ticket with NCL and was advised to take out this insurance in case of any unforeseen emergency. I explicitly told the travel consultant that I’m taking it out in case I have to postpone or cancel due to positive COVID testing or visa delays and or declines. My New Zealand vusa is pending and I was told to cancel my cruise without any refund or future credit. Airlines provided me with future flight tickets that I could use in the next 3 years without having purchased any insurance coverage. Policy only covers death and illness medical emergencies. This policy that they provided is given to me free of charge by Mastercard for having purchased cruise on credit card. This policy that I paid for cannot even give me a future cruise. How pathetic!

Insurance claim denied

Purchased a cruise ticket to depart from Auckland to Sydney. Took out their insurance with General Insurance. The main idea was explicitly explained to the cruise consultant at Vacations to go. Wanted to be covered in case of visa delays, denials or COVID positive testing. Our visa was delayed and couldn’t be processed in time for the cruise. Full payment of the cruise was withheld and my claim was denied. Not even prepared to give future cruise credit. They can learn from airlines who gave us future air ticket valid for 3 years without taking out insurance. .Useless insurance because my credit card company provides same insurance free of charge if you purchase your ticket on your MasterCard.

Experienced difficulties in obtaining…

Experienced difficulties in obtaining Bew Zealand visa, Although cancellation insurance was purchased in case of visa not processed on time, full amount paid for cruise was lost. (Not a portion) Kept them in the loop with my experience. Even traveled to another country in an attempt to get my visa. (Proof was sent to them). In transit visa was invalid and refund obtained (proof given to them) but they’re not interested. Without any insurance for tge same reason, airline provided me with a future airline ticket to be used within the next 3 years. That’s good customer service that will lead to customer retention. Cruise date was for March 16, 2023.

Extremely poor service

I bought a cruise with Vacations to go. My consultant was Piper Sereni. While I was experiencing difficulty in obtaining my visa where I had to travel to another country, all Piper could do was to threaten me: staring the full paymebt will be lost. It is something beyond my control and I even took out insurance against incidentals but she cannot stop threatening me. This is our 24th cruise and we cruised with the same cruise lines on 5 occasions previously. This is poor service from NCL as well as Vacations to go. Need I say more. I will not be using either of them going forward. Full payment was lost because only emergency medical treatment and death is covered with the cancellation policy purchased. Air line gave a future dated air ticket to be used in the next 3 years without any insurance policy for the same reason.
