Been really happy with both the wax and the scents ive bought so far, great quality. Still newish to candle making but getting good results

Good stock choice, poor customer service!

Ive used this company for a while and although pretty much every time I order i get a message saying it's delayed I have still received my items and allow for a bit longer as they have a good choice of high quality cat food.
However last Order didn't arrive and they could give me no reason why it was returned to them without as far as u know any delivery attempt. This may be down to the courier but my issue was the customer service. They offered me a refund or to resend and as I was desperate for the food I asked to resend. Then I got a refund as apparently one or more items were out of stock. Didn't get any chance to say send the rest. Didn't get much of an apology or any goodwill gesture. Just felt like they wasnt really bothered and ive been a good regular customer for a good while now.

Didn't bother to let me know they left…

Didn't bother to let me know they left my parcel in my recycling box and the bin men took it next day. 2 days later I get an email! Was an expensive item too.

First class customer services and products !

Due to no fault by Cost Owl themselves Yodel who was the courier didn't deliver my parcel. They returned it to Cost owl instead of taking it to my local shop.
Anyway I contacted Cosy owl and they got back to me really fast and gave me the option of resending it with another courier express delivery or a refund. I took the redelivery and had no issues.
They were friendly, polite and super efficient. The products I bought are great too ☺️

You do not get what you pay for!!!

I bought a pair of trousers which when they turned up looked like a cheap nasty copy of what the photo on the website showed. The material is awful, the colour is different. They are basically a cheap copy. Of course nothing the will do unless I return them to China at my own cost and then trust them to say they have them and refund me
