Started off well with the agent being very helpful for our group of six. Trip was confirmed and payment made. Within 24 hours the price had dropped relating to the flight component some 9 months time away so we felt our bookings should have that reduction.
Rang the agent but she said she could not help but pressed her to raise with management which she said she would. No response. Followed up with an email. Still no response. If we don’t get the reduction is one thing but the lack of response is very disappointing and concerning. Might have to pay the office a visit to see what is going on! Pity, seems management are letting their team down.

Read loads of reviews, good and very bad, on Trustpilot and Productreview. A few good ones stood out and thought worth a go. Many of the bad reviews seemed to be due to errors or changes so I was VERY careful entering details. Anyway, the booking was relatively straightforward and email confirmation came through instantly with a note saying tickets will take up to 7 days - but very pleased to say they came through in a few hours. Logged in to the airline site and there we are, so all good. Oh, and BYOjet price was the best of the bunch too.

I was highly skeptical having read so many bad reviews about VTG but the Cunard cruise looked a steal. Their agent is in Houston, we are in Australia. On first call we got an email saying cruise held for 24 hours which gave time to get flights. Ok, so we have the flights, now to pay for the cruise. VERY wary of giving credit card details by phone or email - asked why no secure payment site and no good answer but was told payment goes to Cunard not VTG so that made me feel slightly better. Anyway, we paid and yep, immediately on our credit card statement showing Cunard and very soon after I logged into Cunard and there we are. Had a couple of errors in dates and addresses that the agent quickly resolved. To be fair, the agent has been very helpful, not at all pushy, keen to fix things so credit to him (Luis).
So, maybe I’ve been lucky - and hope it last.
