I’m disgusted from your service and your customer support first of all you’ve tried to take money of my account I’ve had no enough funds I’ve put money in my bank next day no one try to take money out again you’ve stopped my internet then you was keep sending me bills without providing me with internet they you canceled my plan without sending me letters and now I’m receiving bill for 75£ after you charged me £90 for installation which I did myself and I’ve payed 2 times £20 for the first 2 months of service the total is about £200 for 2 months of internet and when I call customer support I was told that I’ll need to pay because I didn’t check my gmail I’m on benefits with health issues and you trying to give me heart attack shame on you
