I bought another 5 purple A4 size boxes…

I bought another 5 purple A4 size boxes to add to the 20 I have. I use them as art kits for teaching classes and all students have said how great it is to have all their materials presented to them in a lovely box with their name on - very special. I did this as a Covid solution to not sharing items and it’s a winner on so many levels - I have now colour coded each subject so art kits look great! thank you Weston Boxes. Good product but insensitive staff

I’ve used Staysure for travel insurance quite a few times before and always found going through the checklist for pre existing medical conditions uncomplicated. Not this time. Having had early breast cancer picked up through routine screening the week before, this news was still a bit raw. Some more sensitivity would have been appreciated rather than making me repeat my situation over and over. At one point I felt like cutting the call off! The product is good but more training required for staff handling calls would improve service.

I am sorry to hear that the agent you spoke to did not seem understanding of your recent diagnosis and situation I can appreciate that this must be a difficult time for you. Whilst our agents do have set questions to go through with regards to the medical screening I do understand a sensitive approach should be taken. I will ensure this is fed back to the agents manager.

I found this frustrating

I found this a very difficult experience as I wanted to exchange merrell shoes. The website wasn’t helpful and it was ambiguous saying free returns but postage back cost £3.99. This was my first and last order

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Customers have to pay for the return postage themselves but we send the exchange item on free standard delivery. You’ll only need to pay for delivery once, no matter how many times you decide to exchange for a different size.

While we don’t provide a free return service, we want to give you the flexibility to choose a courier that works best for you. Plus, we keep our prices competitive by not including return costs in our pricing, which is why we’re one of the best-priced sportswear suppliers around! You can also find the return charges listed on our website before you place your order.

Our first Tempur mattress bed

Tempur Original Elite with an ottoman base.
Kristine our salesperson was both informative and friendly. She took time to ask about our needs and tried to match them perfectly. Our new bed will be here on a month so looking forward to a fantastic nights sleep 😴
