Fantastic customer service from Aideen in O'Neills, small error made (by me) when ordering. She was straight on to me and communicated back and forth so quickly to get it sorted. Left myself with a tight deadline (it was a gift) so she organised to have it prioritised and promised to keep an eye on the status. The order was completed and dispatched a few hours later and expected to be delivered tomorrow (next day after ordering). Couldn't have asked for a better service. Communication was second to none and Aideen went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended O'Neills and will be back. Just to add, the personalised gift I bought was brilliant and perfect for the recipient! Thank you O'Neills! Top marks!!

I have bought 2 items from this company. The first one, a TV unit, had a small issue where there were two right legs, contacted customer service, and they responded immediately and fast tracked me out a replacement straight away. Absolutely delighted with both items received and speed of delivery was brilliant. Highly recommended.
