I love them, so beautiful and sturdy,

There was a delay on the delivery but i was receiving updates about it, so service was great, arrived perfect packaged.

Ordered 3 pairs of boots for Christmas presents, put the order through on 30th of November, received confirmation email the 3rd of December.
Until now I haven’t received my order yet.
I understand the delays from the season but this is mad!
Support team actually answer but with a pre-set template 😒 not really helpful, still no boots or real delivery date.
More than a month now! Is so frustrating.
Terrible experience!
I just hope if someday the boots arrive they are good quality.

Great food!
My fur-baby loves it, new pouches sizes, we are giving a try again as at some point it got really expensive for us, but she enjoys it so much so we are back.
Smells so good when we heat it up.
She never misses her food now.

I cannot rate the product because I still don't have it, so why rating bad? maybe the product will be good, but the delivery time is just too much, I ordered on 16th of November and today 5th of December, still no news!, hopefully is worth it.
