Shame they cant read thier own rules and regulations. i got one review banned for no reason other than breach of regulations. Shame they cant actually read!

Within minutes of contacting support, i was dealt with successfuly and i am sitisfied with the results.

A great Broadband provider,
However i can no longer Recommend Them To Any one. ...Why?
..
1, Well they are now owned by Octopus Enrgy , (Also a good energy provider ) ,Which is a good thing !.
So why the "no recommend"? Well ! B'cos , 2...

2.They are no longer providing broadband as Shell Energy, But now are Owned by Talk Talk For the broadband,
Wich means you're account is owned by Talk Tallk, Sadly.!!

Its a shame, as Shell energy was a good and friendly provider with good customer service,.

As of now , i just got off from Talk talk support,, I was a shell energy broadband customer untill 05/08/2024 , which was an extention i had asked for as the date of my account closure was 2 weeks earlier, but i needed to wait for an engineer on the 5th, so i was granted an extention till 5th 08/24.. A failure in comunications (Hmmm!) lead to my account being still open with Talk talk , even though i am no longer their customer since the 5th. they want me to pay up till 7 days more from now,when they SAY they will finally close my account, which im not their customer .. I launched a complaint in the mean time, but lets see How their true coulors shine here , today is 19/08/2024,
UPDATE...The complaints department Wen in my favoure, and they SAY* they will close my account and return any charges.
They claim that i would have ocured over £100 in charges for early contract breakage etc. When i had none to begin with, They act like they are doing a favoure , when in fact they first extorted from me. Do you're self a favoure , Stay away from this company, i went through Hell with them.

I Hate to say this, But, Talk-Talk HAD the best internet and a Desent Support, compared to most.
And pulling customers the way they do it to me, was un nessesary, If they satyed honest they'd be king right now, SHAME..

Talk Talk will kid-nap youre account and hold it hostage, even after months of being with another provider, They will keeep billng you for life.
I had such a poblem leaving them it almost sent me mad, i was suicidle and all sorts with the frustration they kept on giving me.
Eventually they let me go during a trial period (free they said b'cos its a trial)
Yup they billed me.

Any way in the End i took them to an ombudsman and had a case going for a few weeks. I won my case againts these crimnals and they had to leave me alone, but only becase i got an ombudsman to them,
I do NOT Recomend Talk-Talk to any one, and i wouldnt even wish them on my biggest Enemy.

Im not realy sure of the dates , but im only writing now cos my provider has joined with them so i had to leave.

Freshways . I have a feeling its sometimes watered down , But it is ALWAYS sour,
Freshways must be adding bleaches or chems and or water and storing their milk at room temp, Only when it hits the shops it gets chilled and is already on the verge of sour, and fully gone off on taste.
Freshways needs to be investigated , this has been going on for years now, and i cant buy anything els in my area, as they're all brainwashed or have no taste buds.

quick n easy, also cheaper than its other half (LW) .

Sending cancelled items is not the best way to make a sale.
And Telling me "You can Call Back" instead of , Ill Put you through! ..Is downright CHEEKY.
