sent email cancelling order two hours after submitting. I received message of cancellation from them. a few days after I got the merchandise. A long story short and 5 emails sent requesting return and refund, I am still waiting for instructions for return. This company gets the first prize in "run around and avoid".
Beware! a divorce is easier that dealing with this Soothrelieve!

I ordered 4 items, 2 did not fit well. They arrived 3.5 weeks after ordered! When asked for instructions for a return and a refund, I was offered $15 for the $112.00 I paid for the items and asked to “kindly keep them”. This is not a reliable customer friendly enterprise. I like their clothes but will never order again. If you want to lose $$$ and be dissatisfied with the merchandise, go ahead and order from them.
