Phoned the Bank back in Aug 2023 about…
Phoned the Bank back in Aug 2023 about a fraudulent transaction that had taken place on my account (my password had been changed without my knowledge)!so I couldn’t get access to my business account, 5 months later and still nothing has been resolved, today the bank has said it will chase it up, how long does it take and why have you got a fraud department that seems to do nothing about customers complaints, Bank of Scotland are a joke

Could you please pass a message on to Ben, Harley & Joanne from your Elgin branch, we are purchasing a new vehicle and the team have been absolutely fantastic from the minute we walked into your showroom, no hassle, no pushy salesmen, Harley's knowledge of the vehicles is amazing every technical question was answered and he was a pure gentleman into the bargain, thank you Pentland for making our experience most enjoyable.
