True, setting up our Digistat central heating control was somewhat complicated. But an email to Drayton’s Customer Services brought immediate support and I was guided step-by-step through the setting up process until all was successfully resolved. Excellent service!

Good choice of stock which constantly renews - keeping their website and shop windows fresh and interesting. Meanwhile prices appear reasonable and they often agree to make a little extra effort to close a sale. We’ve stopped looking at other shops and S&R are now our ‘go to’ jewellers!

Over 5-months, John Lewis sent us measures, fitters and whatever before declaring that it was impossible to fit a roller blind in our bedroom sash window. Over 5-minutes, Mark Freeman (Advisor 113498) of Hillary’s agreed that a standard roller blind wouldn’t fit but immediately proposed an excellent alternative that he fitted quickly and professionally some 2-weeks later. Brilliant!
