I have been working with the “old” lights and these flat black connectors are the best! Also if I have a question, the answer is fast and the communication stays until the problem is solved! The light kits are more expensive than others but the service you get makes it all good

I had a problem with an RGB IR control board. Together with April we checked some things and found out what the problem was. I received a new board and everything works fine now.

I had a 50cm connection cable that didn’t work.
To get it out I broke one of 5cm my selve.
I wrote an email and within 3 hours I had an answer.
I had to fill in a form but couldn’t fill all the boxes so I mailed again, and again within about 3 hours I had my answer.
Then after 2 days I received an envelope with a package of 4 new cables for both cables I asked, FOR FREE.
I can continue building again! THANKS

Sneller dan aangegeven en keurig verpakt. Doos was alleen nogal wat te groot voor wat erin zat en daardoor een beetje beschadigd. Product was niet beschadigd

Snelle levering, kussen geheel op stevigheid aan te passen. Mijn doos zit vol losse vulling omdat ik een dun kussen wil. Ieder zijn eigen stevigheid
