I ordered same day delivery flowers, not cheap either, and got a message to say taht they coud not be delivered. I live abroad, so by the time I received the message it was too late to re-order in UK time. Thsi was for a 60th Birthday gift, so I am furious. Don't use this site if you actually want teh flowers you ordered!

My issue is with the shady practice of taking you through multiple further offers when you make a purchase. I ended up mistakenly ordering further products. When I tried to stop the order, the contact page glitched so I was unable to get in contact within the deadline. (More shady practice?) awful company to deal with. The following day it worked, but I was outside the time. Avoid these people.
Update: wellamoon’s resolution was conditional upon me removing this review. How can we get the straight goods on products and services if people are bribed to remove any poor reviews? You either listen to people’s concerns, and resolve to do better, or you lose customers.
