Calypso is always incredibly helpful and great with communication. I totally forgot about approving the file but Calypso gave me a friendly nudge which was appreciated!
Products are always delivered quickly and fully tracked.

Very helpful, great customer service and good quality product.
We’ve been ordering from USB2U for a while now and each order has been spot on. I think they are very good value for money and far better quality than a previous supplier we used.
Production and delivery is very quick. I once needed a super quick turnaround on a USB box and Calypso was very helpful as always in making this happen which is appreciated.
The service is very personal and I feel my questions are always answered.
The team are also very good when it comes to art working. If I send in a box design they will happily produce a USB design based on this which I’ll be honest saves me a lot of time!
Thank you to Calypso so always being very helpful.
The only thing I’d like to see is the option for the USB boxes to arrive in individual cardboard boxes made to fit so we can easily send them out to clients by post.

In search for a new supplier :(
I’m not normally one to leave less than a 5 star review but the last few months with Loxley have been really testing. We’ve been sent many testimonial requests and after opening another bad order, I feel this is the only way to express that their service is really missing the mark.
The past 4 orders I’ve placed with Loxley have been faulty. The product quality control seems to be non existent, I even asked in the order notes If they could ensure the product is checked and still there are faults.
At over £2 per fine art print, you’d expect the quality and finish to be spot on but several prints from each order batch has visible crop marks or bad cuts that aren’t acceptable to be delivered to the client. These are not found under close inspection, these are just from a quick flick through of the prints so why is it I can I see these faults but Loxley can’t?
Have customer services helped me with each order? Yes but often this means waiting a day or two for a response, then a few more days for a reprint and then delivery. By this point the order is delayed by a week which isn’t acceptable or an effective way to run a business.
Each time I’ve said that I have no choice but to find another supplier but when the issues were eventually fixed I gave one more chance. Now unfortunately we can’t take that chance any more as clearly feedback isn’t being taken on board.
You can get some really nice products and print finishes but unfortunately I’m not willing to gamble with orders any more.
