Did the change of address on6th Dec 2025 - replacement got lost in the post - filled out the form to outline this and many many phone calls later still not got the new licence by mid Feb 2026. Total joke of a system and no one has a clue what they are at when you ring. How can they justify such a rubbish system and service in this day and age . Would give them zero star if I could. NDLS should just hang their head in shame and whom ever is ment to be in charge so just except their P45 and leave the mess that is the NDLs.
Had to change my address on my policy and was charged also €50.00 from Alliance . How can they increase price mid policy and just to change address . Have two people from work who both moved to the Tuam area and they not get any increase or charge in their policy with a change of address. I moved a 2min drive down the road in Tuam and was charges , so it looks like there is some insurance companies that value their customers but its not Allianz . So much for all their talk of been the leader in insurance the only thing they leader in is over pricing customers and wont be renew with Allianz next year. Last of the Euros you ever get from me . Total rip off merchant of a company. My advice avoid even if they seem the cheapest they will find other ways to charge you.

If you thinking of using EBS to get a mortgage let me save you the time and hassle and avoid them at all costs - they clam to great with helping you get a mortgage etc but lets just say they just suck the life out of you and make the entire prosses wishing you never set foot in an EBS bank branch in the first place. A total nightmare from the very start and constant delays were someone on a power trip in an office made it total hell.
Can't fault Home Store & more on their service. Only let down was the delivery provider they used. only half the order turned up and had to ring DPD to find rest of the order and rearrange delivery for the second half of the order.
Only have the order arrived and the the hassle of ringing DPD to sort out the mess and wait another day for the rest of the order to be delivered . A kittle bit more care when checking orders in depo would save the customer the hassle of waiting around for two days . On the up side they did get it sorted out quick but the fault was totally on their side.

Total nightmare to deal with, from the rude phone call from Jimmy when I queried why car not picked up as had rearranged to Sinead not even getting my name right on e-mail. Would not recommend or advise anyone to use this company.

We tried to collect your car when we were in the Galway area collecting other cars and were told you would be in bed so we could not proceed with the collection. We explained we would not be in Galway then till the following week. We were down an inspector due to a family bereavement. Which I explained to you that was the delay and the car would be inspected/collected asap. When Jimmy called you to make arrangements that day you said you wanted to cancel the sale. I tried to call you numerous times and you wouldn't take my calls. I have still tried calling you today before I wrote this reply and you won't answer. You just called me back there (not knowing it was me) and when I tried to explain again the situation you hung up the phone on me! At least be respectful enough to listen. All I wanted to do was have a chat with you and hear your side instead of just getting a negative unwarranted review.
I take comments about my team very seriously calling Jimmy rude is simply not true. Jimmy is an absolute gentleman he has been with us from the beginning and is nothing but professional and kind. As you can see by all our reviews Jimmy is always mentioned in a positive way. There had just been a bereavement in his family which he told you.....it takes nothing to show some kindness.
This sit use to be good - but they updated their their system and it is near impossible to redeem your voucher. At the start you could cash out €20 in voucher in 24hr period and that has now dropped to €10 . Give the sit a miss and find a better one as this one is more hassle than it pays out .
