Absolutely brain dead support
I bought a game on sale and it ran really poorly on my PC no matter what graphics settings I used and having a decent machine. I had played the game via a free trial about 2 years previously on an old PC that ran OK. So I played for about 20 minutes before requesting a refund and got denied. Contacted support and they said I'd played it too long. I tried explaining to them that almost all of that play time was duringa free trial 2 years before and they just repeated the same thing from their script. I tried to clarify if gameplay hours from a free trial count towards this limit and they just gave me the same scripted reply about sorry u played too long. Absolutely brain dead.

Arrived on time and was helpful

Email about a sale, everything 9 quid what a bargain. Few hours later I get a cancellation email because of 'pricing error'. Apparently this happened a few months ago on their US store as well. What a cluster fk.

Bought something by mistake as they had the wrong product name, contacted support and they refused a refund or even credit in a case of 'computer says no'. Raised a dispute via PayPal and got a refund that way. Terrible customer service and anti-consumer practices.
