Awful company
Would have given zero stars but it won’t allow you to do that!
Been waiting for nearly 3 weeks for my order now and when you email to ask for progress you just get a rude email back telling you to be patient and wait for a reply.
Doubt I will ever receive my order.
Will definitely not be buying from them again!!

I got a mess age to say that my parcel had been delivered and it said that it had been accepted by Liz. That is my name but they definitely didn’t deliver the parcel!!
It’s impossible to get in touch with them as well, I hung on the telephone for over half an hour and just kept getting told that all advisers are busy!
Not sure where my parcel is now and have no way of finding out.
Absolutely useless!!!!!!

Poor Customer Service
My order was returned to HOKA by the courier without even trying to deliver it. When I complained to HOKA they apologised but said I would have to wait 7 - 10 days for my refund and then reorder. When my refund came through they had charged me for postage. So I am now out of pocket for an item that was returned in error!!
Definitely won’t be using this company again!

Great Customer Service
I had to exchange an item because it was too small. Although I had to chase the refund, when I contacted Castore Emily was very helpful and I received my refund the next day. Very good Customer service.
