Customer service consultant on thr phone was excellent and helpful. Purchased policy and completed action required in terms of sending updates email address / mobile number and photos of both side of my son’s licence to customer service email address asking for confirmation of receipt of the email. Then received an email asking for photos of the licence which had previously been sent. Sent screenshot of original email to confirm this has already been sent. Once again received no confirmation of receipt and I am assuming everything is ok
