It's all great until something goes wrong and you need "customer service"..... Let me clear that up for you it doesn't exist!.
You can't phone, their email system is a joke, they repeatedly ask for the same information. They tell you it is in the wrong file type despite the email trail showing it is is the file type they are asking for ...the list goes on and on..........and on.
This all started as a what should have been a simple charge back claim due to paying for something I didn't receive.
But nope it has been nearly a year of back and forth and my last email received from them months after their own deadline (which had already been extended by themselves), well the most recent just said they hadn't resolved it yet and if I wished to make a complaint to the ombudsman I could go ahead, that was several months ago so I'm guessing yet means it never will be....I think I will go ahead with that complaint.
Do what everyone else does and open a Revolut account, stay clear of these jokers, there is nothing wise about them
