Tried to book a 7 night break to Seaton Sands, been many times before, website would process payment, chat bot eventually gave me an agent, that was useless got the telephone number of the site and no one answered the phone. Crap service, crap company booked 7 nights with an independent company would be using Haven again. Don’t waste your time folks!

This company should not be trading. It is a dormant company on companies house. The rewards club is the same. Scammers preying on vulnerable elderly people. Please be careful

Thought we would give this company a go, what a mistake that’s turned out to be. Great premium price to start with, paid in full for the year. Then no claims reared its ugly head. I have been with the same insurance company for over 20 year and have never claimed but the say I only have 5 years! No one can’t explain why? Consequently, an extra £87 added to my policy or they will cancel. Just a rip-off avoid them they are called one call but you can’t call them, when you want to speak to a manager their system cuts the chat!! All very convenient. No phone call or email won’t be renewing and will be looking into this further
