Bought irons, shoes, 2 bags and other accessories in Hannover like many times before. Love the clubs but their bookkeeping is impossible to deal with. Asked for a refund of VAT multiple times after having sent them the 'Ausfuhrerklärung' as proof of export but not even an answer. It used to be easy and standard procedure with them in the past.

Handling of a small claim on behalf of Airbnb is a complete disaster. The same questions again and again for months on end. Anything is done to avoid settlement it seems. Makes me seriously reconsider booking an airbnb if that's what happens in case of a problem.
