Service Contract Issues
I had a service contract with Your Energy after they installed my heat pump, I couldn't fault the installation is was professional, quick and relatively mess free. However when it came to needing an annual service I found them difficult to contact, not responding to emails, phone calls, texts etc. They did come and service the system but after 3 months of trying I still do not have a certificate to show the system has been serviced. Eventually I cancelled to contract and have had to find some one else to service the system, effectively paying for it twice.
I would recommend them for the installation side but find some one else to do any servicing
