Back pain gone from Yoga

I suffered from back pain for years and relied on pain medication just to get through the day. But ever since I started taking classes at MoreYoga, my life has completely transformed. I’ve taken maybe 1/20th of the medication I used to need, and I feel stronger, more flexible, and more in control of my body. It’s not just the physical benefits—mentally, I feel like I’ve got my life back. I can do so much more now, and I’m beyond grateful for this incredible studio. Highly recommend!

Friendly atmosphere at St Andrews

Lovely friendly atmosphere at the St Andrews Scotland store!! The staff was super helpful and were all showing off the recent offers! It was such a great experience shopping here. Thanks June and the whole team!
