For the AMAC in Leiden - I have been there multiple times to ask for advice on products but am often met with unknowledgeable staff. Almost all staff that I have talked to have been low energy and always look awkward or like they want to go on break. Each question I have asked has been half-answered. When I asked for a calculation on my monthly installments for the product I wanted, the staff member did not know how to calculate and tried to rush to close the topic.

Every-time I go, there is a bad attitude from the vets and assistants. I walked in today without an appointment to ask the assistant a quick question about my cat, to which she responded with attitude and made me stay for an appointment with the vet which was not necessary. I refused, but they made it seem like I should not leave because it was good to speak to the vet about my probelm but also said it wasnt serious. Then charged me 80€. I get guilt tripped for more service every time i go, and they give me attitude the on top of that. I am deregistering from this place.

The cake i requested was a blue birthday cake which was delivered quickly and on time, the cake was beautiful, however the inside of the cake was dry and old. The guests did not like it… additionally, the blue coloring was so intense it stained everyone blue, my boyfriend even pooped blue the next day!!! I also woke up with a rash which won’t go away two days now… we felt poisoned and we paid 100 euro
