I would also like to corroborate that discountcricketoutlet.com are criminals.
Ordered a Shrey helmet for a child's Christmas present which duly arrived however on fitting it was an odd fit and very heavy.
Returned it as per instructions via recorded and signed for delivery and never heard a peep back over 35 days later despite multiple emails and online chat requests.
No refund transpired and to be honest I wouldn't be surprised if the helmet was counterfeit as it was such a strange fit.

Excellent communication from the first email contact to customer service, follow-up emails and then the visit by Bradley Jones to resolve the problem on our new Fusion tap.
Had 3 x Quooker taps at different properties over the years and with this recent experience, I would certainly recommend them even more.
