Dress was damp and smelly
I received the dress I ordered, and it was damp and had a terrible smell. It seems like the issue comes from their warehouse because the wrapping tissue was dirty. I sent an email to Vavavoom and I didn't feel any empathy from them and certainly not valued as a customer. They just said, "Sorry to hear that but we are unable to credit or return". I wasn't expecting a refund since I told them had to wash the dress as I had a wedding the next day, but I was hoping for some sort of apology or "will look into this" kind of thing. I was quite disappointed to receive a "new" dress in such a condition.
