Scam
I ordered a dress from these people on May 6th 2024. They advised a Delivery Date of May 14th 2024.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DRESS.
After many emails to them, they have not given me a reasonable explanation as to why I have not received my order. I asked for a refund of my money €105.00. To this end they want more details ie. my date of birth before they can consider returning my money.
All of the above sounds like a SCAM!
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Thank you for your review. I'm so sorry to hear you still haven't received your dress. I can imagine it was redirected to a parcel shop and returned after it wasn't picked up. This is an issue we've been dealing with the last couple of weeks and it might be that your order was one of the affected orders.
Asking for your personal details is something our customer service needs to do, to make 100% sure it's the right person to refund. In the past we've been dealing with a lot of fraud situations where customers weren't identified well enough, that's why they now have to double check that the refund ends up at the right customer.
I'm very sorry for all the inconvenience, but I hope you'll give us one more chance in the future.
