First time in using Fellows and I…

First time in using Fellows and I purchased two rings.
It was an easy process and they were very responsive and professional to questions I had after the auction.
Items arrived by special delivery and looked better in real life than I anticipated.
We have not had them appraised but feel their description was fair.
Very happy customers and will use Fellows again.

This is my second pair of reading…

This is my second pair of reading glasses from Pretavoir and I am happy again with my purchase.
The prescription is spot on (at a recent optical visit this was confirmed) and they have a very quick turnaround.
Communication is really good and glasses are expected in terms of quality from a designer brand.

Amazing service and quality products

Amazing service and quality products.
Professional but with a personal touch with excellent communication skills.

My parcel was delivered to the wrong house and the team investigated very quickly and located my parcel for me. Thankfully it was delivered locally.

I needed a new summer colour and found…

I needed a new summer colour and found an old tester of the foundation and loved it so purchased a larger pot. But I ended up buying a pack of different products. It’s all very well made, love how the lipstick lid works- is it magnetic ?
Anyway, I would recommend the products and will be back to stock up.

I’ve score my experience a 4 not because I think it’s not good. But booking online lacks the personal touch you get with speaking to an independent travel agent. Not as exciting!
