I want to give a huge shout out to Simon at Mistybaa, I ordered a photo on a slate tile for my boss on the 10th October 2025 which was a Friday and received my order early Monday morning the 13th October 2025. Just heard my boss whoop downstairs with delight seriously oh and now an email she loves it!!!! Shop with confidence the quality is fantastic and customer service is amazing. FAKE CUPRINOL

I use Cuprinol every year to paint my deck and fences I admit I was attracted by the price of £12.95 per 1L Tin, therefore I proceeded to purchase 4 tins, 1 tin Beach Blue and 3 tins of Sunny Lime a colour I had not seen before!

They arrived and on closer inspection the Cuprinol labels are clearly not right and stuck on the front of the 4 tins are white labels covering over where the pant name and colour should be. Underneath the words ‘MATT’ MEDIUM BASE Paint Mixing. I compared the tins received with a tin I had left over from last year these Cuprinol labels are not right either! I asked a good friend of mine to test the paint and his conclusion sadly is that I have been had.

I am extremely angry and want to highlight this to others as money in this particular day and age is very precious indeed. I have left a voicemail and explained exactly as I have explained my plight here and I have asked for a full refund. They are at liberty to come and collect there stash of fake paint I will be more than happy to hand it back to them after I have a FULL refund less delivery I am so therefore I will be expecting £51.68, should this not be forthcoming I will escalate this with my colleague who deals with issue of this nature! At 17.18 pm this afternoon I received a voicemail from the MD explaining in length some word salad excuse about the company and the products, which again is his prerogative by definition! As a customer I thought I was buying Cuprinol not a paint and colour that had been mixed to represent it, if so I could have bought this type of item from B&Q………… In short I reiterate my point, as a Customer I did not receive the item I thought I was purchasing and would like my money refunded in a timely manner, the goods are here waiting for collection, please get in touch and we can concluded my disgruntled issue with Restorate in an instant!

This cake was ordered to celebrate our 21 Years together myself and my husband. We eat a slice each and binned the rest of the cake. It was quite dry and the marzipan took over the whole taste of a rather basic sponge cake for £50 plus. I am not a rude person on any level but I have to say it was a revolting cake very disappointed. I will be back to order my cakes from my local Waitrose we thoroughly endorse their personalised cakes, I thought I would look somewhere else for a change and it just was not up to an acceptable standard. Sorry Bettys in Yorkshire we will not be ordering again!!!!!
