Great looking side skirts but sadly the quality is really poor,
I had them on a few months and are already rotting and when I’ve messaged them I’ve had no reply.

Absolutely shocking from start to…

Absolutely shocking from start to finish, I bought a white gold and diamond anklet for my wife for Christmas which took a lot longer to arrive than they said it would. We then went on holiday so my wife didn’t actually wear it until mid jan, she only wore it a couple of times and a piece fell off, when we informed them they won’t do anything about it as it only has a 60 day warranty and they are unwilling to repair it.
Be very wary of what you buy

Absolute nonsense who sells a holiday…

Absolute nonsense who sells a holiday with two different airports and on the extra cost we tried to cancel and was refused as it was a late booking.
Looking at a lot of the reviews on here you do it often and if my review stops just one person losing money through you then it has been worth it

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, booked an all inclusive holiday with them only to be called the next day to be told we have to pay an extra £72 and that we are flying out of one airport and back to another.
When you call you just get passed from pillar to post and no help whatsoever.
Do yourself a favour and go with one of the larger companies you’ll probably save in the long run

Our agent called you back to highlight to you that you had yourself selected to fly out and into different airports which you appear to have not realized when booking. As such this was not an error on our part and you were directed about how to make any changes desired which involved calling our customer service. They proceeded to help with quotes to amend. Turning to the price increase, the price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. Should we not be able to confirm your arrangements, your order is passed to one of our sales agents who will then investigate and try their utmost to provide you with an identical or near-matched arrangements and we will offer this to you. It is then up to yourself to proceed or not with the new arrangements. This is clearly covered in our terms and conditions you ticked to accept before proceeding. We regret that this detail was overlooked.

Got to be the worst company I’ve ever…

Got to be the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Not showing up and lying saying they came to the door but would have had to walk past me to do so, waited weeks for 5 radiators for them not to come again.
They have now changed their name to sureserve compliance south, different name but same shocking service

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking, they get you to jump through hoops for proof of address and ncb etc etc then reject it. Then when you try and cancel the policy because you’ve had enough they want £75 admin fee for a policy that hasn’t even started yet
