Upsetting experience with rude customer service and insane policys
Tried to buy an item in the sale that was 50% off using my phone. Spent nearly an hour and the website is so poor it wouldn’t update, kept adding 3 to my cart, wouldn’t let me update it to just 1. Checked all my safari activity to verify this and I have screenshots. Remembered it again today, still listed on the website as for sale. Contacted them on WhatsApp and was told no it’s only the full price one and they won’t match their own price? Even though it’s on the sale page? I told them they should use the price difference to pay for a website upgrade and they told me the website is fine. Didn’t seem to understand that I wanted to purchase something from them and as a potential customer I physically was unable to do so, these people are losers and it’s left me feeling pissed off and upset and annoyed. The website should work, and when a customer tells you it’s not working correctly, they should listen. They’d probably make a bit more money if their website wasn’t so cheap.
