Why do they insist on using such…

Why do they insist on using such horrible services. I hate waiting at home all day and then you get a delivery attempted message. Well how it that possible if I was home and have an electronic door bell that logs every entrance. My package was 24 hour delivery and still haven't gotten it days later. Horrid and now I can’t get in touch with anyone to either get my package or my money back.

I still have not received my money back…

I still have not received my money back from this company even though my account was in credit by around £300. I hate that these companies can take your money, quit trading and then hold it indefinitely without any firm timeline to return. We aren’t allowed to just not pay for energy so why are you allowed to just not pay us back. Horrible.

I won’t be shopping with them again

I won’t be shopping with them again. My mom wanted to purchase my a gift for Christmas and we bought a gold bracelet on the website. I waited for it to be shipped and what arrived was a silver necklace, maybe 1/4 of the price of the gold bracelet. When I reached out they said the gold bracelet was sold out and to ship the silver necklace back. Why send me the wrong product? Why not just say, sorry the bracelet is sold out and not take our money. Now I have to pay to get a label printed and we have to wait weeks for them to refund the money and it’s really annoying. Won’t shop again.

This company overcharges

This company overcharges. I have sent in meter readings each month and my account is in credit. Yet I keep getting an email every month saying that mg energy usage is causing my bill to go up. How it that possible when my account is in credit and the amount of energy I use is less than a 3rd of what I’m paying for. Won’t continue with this company.

The response from the company still doesn’t make sense as I have consistently used less than estimated, much less. My account shouldn’t need me to be hundreds of pounds in credit to prepare for winter. You don’t need to hold my money.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.

Having located your account, I investigated what occurred. Part of what we do as an energy provider is to regularly perform usage reviews. When we initially take over supply, the direct debit amounts are estimated based on previous usage of similar-sized properties and industry reads.

It is only after a few months of readings that we have a more accurate indication of usage. These regular reviews are to ensure the payments being made accurately reflect a property’s usage.

When the most recent review was performed on your account, it was discovered the overall consumption was higher than estimated. It was also forecast that, despite your account being currently in credit, this would not have been sufficient to have remained in credit during the winter months. As a result, the direct debit update letter was sent.

Please rest assured that this letter is entirely in line with your usage.
