Shocking service. Call after call after call to try and resolve my issue wity Rebel Energy, trying to charge me £500 when I certainly did not owe that much! Over and over and over to only be told they'd "look into it". Keep sending letters to the wrong address so I am receiving them long after they are originally sent, and just found out about one today threatening debt collectors over £60, saying they have repeatedly tried to get in contact when they haven't tried even once! Despicable people running this company.

Leaving another review so people know just how God awful this company was, and still is.

Transferred a bill of £439 to British Gas. Then claimed they never did it. Then, after I had to spend my days off work getting evidence, making phone calls, finally admitted they did and that they would sort it. A week later and nothing has happened, nothing has changed. British Gas is going to charge me, and pass my details to debt collectors, because of their massive mistake.

Now, they are passing the blame. Claiming it is not their fault, but the Administrators???

I can see why they went into administration. Shocking, shocking company. Absolutely disgusting.

If I could give 0 I would! Absolutely shocking customer service. Emailed me in June after going bust in April telling me I owed them £450, and STILL have not given me a reason why. Even the collections company oriel doesn't know because they haven't told them. Completely ridiculous and disgusting how they have treated their customers.

De-Juan was incredibly helpful today helping me set up my account to pay for my utilities and reassuring me about some letters we had had for the previous tenants. Thank you!
