Do not use this company!

Do not use Discount Cricket Outlet. Placed an order with DCO on 16th January and received an email confirmation of the order. Bank account reads money gone to "All Rounder Cricket". However, nothing has been delivered and no communication at all as of 2nd Feb - chased via email and "live chat".

Do not use this company!!

Do not use this company!!! They will steal your money. Read all the reviews about deposits they do not refund. Two months now and I haven’t received deposit back.

Thieves

The rental process went smoothly with no issues. I was charged security deposit for 1546.06 Euros on 23rd August which was fine. However, after returning the car on the 3rd September, I only received a security deposit refund of 1354.67 Euros on the 8th September.
The difference in the security deposit being 191.39 Euros! No damage was done to the car during the hire.
After many emails I have not received an explanation nor reassurance that there has been an error or full refund. I will be reporting this as fraud.
