customer service is terrible

I loved my dress when I received it and first tried it on, but I then gently hand washed it and hung it to dry and it shrunk drastically, I contacted restyle, sent them loads of photos as evidence and now they are ignoring me. The dress was expensive and the customer service is terrible.

Please believe us when we say that ignoring you was never our intention. We have recently been training a new team member, and unfortunately, they weren't able to handle the volume of messages as quickly as we expected. We are truly sorry for this lapse in our usual service.

The dress you purchased is one of our absolute bestsellers, and we have never encountered such an issue with it before. Quality is our priority, so we are taking your feedback and the photos you sent very seriously to investigate what might have happened during the washing process.

Klarna are the worst company

Klarna are the worst company, there is no support when your order isn't fulfilled they just steal your money so I have avoided using them now they have bought out stocard and lost all my store cards too, absolutely no customer services or way of contacting anyone. The worst company imaginable.
